The most important part of the intend for this writing is to help those suffering workplace abuse navigate the muddy waters of this injustice in order to help them to understand. Many people are unable to afford professional coaching or a psychologist. It is an attempt to provide a cost effective partner that can travel the journey with the individual so they are not fully alone. Extreme, excessive, ongoing and/or long term stress can cause the brain to change making it difficult to rationalize solutions. The bottom line is that it can cause PTSD and deactivate the prefrontal cortex of the brain. It is for this reason that it is critical to help those dealing with bullying or a toxic work environment. I know, I went through it for 3 years and that’s what it did to me. It was hard to find help or even anyone that understood what I was experiencing. This is the help I wish I had. It details out much of what I learned and had to think or learn my way through.
